I'm Jessica Wilson, the heart behind A Story to Keep. My background is in hospitality and catering sales, where I spent years helping bring events to life, coordinating details, and making sure people felt taken care of along the way. Over the years, I've learned that a successful event is about so much more than a beautiful setting. It's about thoughtful preparation, clear communication, dependable people, and all the little details that allow a celebration to unfold the way it was imagined. That's what I bring to wedding coordination. You've put so much thought into planning your day. My job is to help bring it all together, keep things running smoothly, and take the pressure off so you can be present for the moments you've been looking forward to. A Story to Keep was created from a love of meaningful celebrations and the belief that the best memories deserve to be enjoyed, not managed. I'd be honored to help you bring your story to life.
The Story Behind the Planner

Outside of weddings, my favorite role is being a wife and mom to four boys. My husband and I are raising our family here in Texas, and our home is usually full of energy, laughter, and the beautiful chaos that comes with raising little ones. Family has shaped the way I see celebrations. The moments that matter most aren't always the perfectly planned ones. They're the hugs, the laughter, the people gathered around the table, and the memories you find yourself talking about years later. Giving back to my community is another important part of my life. Whether I'm volunteering through my church, supporting local school activities, or helping where I'm needed, I believe that showing up for others makes a difference. I want my boys to grow up understanding the importance of generosity, involvement, and caring for the people around them. That same commitment carries into my work. I want every couple I serve to feel supported, respected, and confident that someone genuinely cares about the experience they're creating. Because at the end of the day, the details matter — but the people and the memories matter most.
