You've put so much thought into your wedding day. You've chosen the venue, booked your vendors, and envisioned how it will all come together. Now, it's time to bring those pieces into place.

Wedding planner coordinating details with a couple on their wedding day

At A Story To Keep, wedding coordination is about more than managing a timeline. It's about understanding your vision, preparing for the details, communicating with your vendor team, and helping your day unfold as you've imagined it.

From our first conversation to the final send-off, I'll work alongside you to turn your plans into a celebration you can fully experience.

The First Conversation

Every great story starts somewhere.

Our first step is getting to know you and the celebration you're planning. We'll talk through your vision, the plans you've already made, your priorities, and the areas where you'd most appreciate support.

We'll review the available packages, discuss any additional services you may need, and determine which option best fits your wedding. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share your ideas, and make sure we're the right fit for one another.

My goal is for you to leave our conversation with a clear understanding of what working together looks like and how I can help bring your plans to life.

The Details

Bringing every piece together.

As your wedding approaches, we'll begin gathering the details that make your celebration uniquely yours. Depending on your package, this may include reviewing vendor arrangements, collecting contact information, discussing logistics, and developing a detailed wedding-day timeline.

We'll work through the important questions: Who is arriving when? Where does everything need to be? What happens between the moment you wake up, to "I Do" and onward? Who needs to know what, and when?

By bringing these details together ahead of time, we can identify potential gaps, communicate expectations, and create a clear plan for the day. The goal is to make sure everyone understands their role and that the plans you've worked so hard to create are ready to be carried out.

The Final Preparations

A thoughtful plan for the moments ahead.

In the days leading up to your wedding, we'll finalize the coordination details included in your selected package. This is when the timeline, vendor communication, setup expectations, and other logistical pieces come together.

We'll review the schedule, confirm the information needed for coordination, and prepare for the transitions that keep your celebration moving. If rehearsal coordination is included in your package or added as an à la carte service, we'll also help your wedding party understand the ceremony order and their roles.

Thoughtful preparation allows us to anticipate needs, address questions, and approach the wedding day with a shared understanding of how everything should unfold.

Your Day, Beautifully Held

You enjoy the moments. I'll mind the details.

When the day arrives, it's time for you to step into the celebration you've been planning. I'll take care of the coordination responsibilities outlined in your package, working with your vendors, monitoring the timeline, and helping manage the transitions throughout your event.

And when something unexpected happens? I'll work to find a solution, communicate with the appropriate people, and keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

Wedding coordination doesn't mean every moment will go exactly according to plan. It means having someone there to help navigate the unexpected, manage the moving pieces, and keep your priorities at the center of the day.

You've put so much into creating this celebration. You deserve the chance to be present for it — the happy tears, the laughter, the first dance, and all the little moments that become part of your story.
